📦 Product Warranty

 

1. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from BDILIFE.COM come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Covers: Manufacturing defects, and hardware malfunctions under normal use.

Excludes: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or wear and tear.

 

2. How to Claim

Step 1: Contact our support team within 7 days of discovering the issue at 

support@gzbeida.com.cn

Step 2: Provide your order number, product photos/videos, and a description of the issue. 

Step 3: We’ll guide you through troubleshooting or arrange a replacement/refund.

 

3. International Warranty

Warranty is valid worldwide, but return shipping fees may apply unless required by local law (e.g., EU 2-year warranty).
